Check the project, reserve, and fill out our reservation application form.

3. Individual Client’s Information Sheet
4. Photocopy of Passport and Valid I.D.
5. Tax Identification ID
To those who arent in the Philippines, resevation can be made through money transfer or at the office through your trusted representatives or family members in the country.
Step Three:
Once the unit has been reserved, after few business days, a kit will be provided (personally or via mail), completely fill out the other forms.

MANILA, Philippines – In a move aimed at further fortifying its presence in Metro Manila, residential and shopping mall builder Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) is spending P10 billion to develop the old site of the Magnolia ice cream plant in New Manila, Quezon City into a self-contained, fully-integrated community.
In a statement, RLC said the project, The Magnolia Town Square, will rise on a five-hectare lot bounded by Aurora Blvd., Doña Hemady Ave. and N. Domingo St.
The project involves the construction of four residential towers between 36 to 38 storeys high, as well as a retail area and leisure facilities.
Trina B. Cipriano, RLC assistant vice-president, said TheMagnolia Town Square is the first master-planned high-rise mixed-use complex in the upscale New Manila neighborhood, and is shaping up to be a choice destination for young couples and start-up families who have always made Quezon City their home.

Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) formalized the purchase of a five-hectare prime property from San Miguel Properties, Inc. (SMPI).
Plans to develop a master-planned gated community to what is now the Magnolia head office of Nestle Philippines is now underway as Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) recently announced its purchase of the five-hectare prime property from San Miguel Properties, Inc. (SMPI).
The sprawling piece of land located in New Manila, Quezon City is bounded by three major roads, the bustling Aurora Boulevard, and the tranquil and secure residential access roads of Doña Hemady Avenue and N. Domingo Street. RLC plans to build a mixed-use complex consisting of residential condominiums and commercial complex.
“RLC is very optimistic about the prospects of the project,” said RLC president and chief operating officer Frederick D. Go, adding that the move to develop the Magnolia property strengthens RLC’s position as the industry leader that develops communities which allows one to work, shop, play and live in one complete setting.
